Integrating Mixed Income Designs into Real Estate
While there are a lot of organizations that currently integrate mixed use designs, they are administered in a multitude of different ways. This study will look into those different designs to establish the most ethics methods and the most successful methods for deriving profitability for the real estate owner. This may include different financial solutions, the features within or outside the apartment, and apartment choice, among other solutions.
Using Boundary Theory to Enhance Creativity
There has been a lot of research conducted on boundary theory. This research hopes to increase knowledge of boundary theory by providing a full analysis of how it enhances creativity in employees at various organizations. Furthermore, how the lack of use of boundary theory or the misuse of the theory could stifle productive processes entirely.
Setting Policy for AI
This will be a comprehensive review of case history, current policy, and researched complications in the AI industry. It will also include a study of solutions to AI complications and how they are administered. With all of the combined data, there should be a clear strategy for policy areas to suggest for allowing AI to become a regulated entity for building trust within businesses.
Using Case History to Set New Policy
Although this seems like a well defined methods, there are several avenues for discovering policy through case history. Firs,t one needs to find the most inclusive database, or the top 3 most inclusive, then one needs to define a coding methods and pick the correct software for conglomerating cases to find whats needed. Is it best to search each case and build a timeline? Should one code the cases, then use the codes to evaluate what the actual case law is per code? How does one cross compare to find what's missing? This study will determine a clear cut manual for setting policy by examining case history, comparing to current policy, and evaluating the purpose for finding new policy.
Bodily Injury Settlements Auxiliary Fees
Researching big and large personal injury law firm data to find what type of cases generally cover settlement fees outside of the insurance amounts. For instance, loss of wages, emotional harm, future medical charges, etc. Evaluate this case data to find out the likelihood of winning a case between auxiliary fees cases and basic insurance cases. Also, evaluating if the information is different between a big law firm an a small firm. Further, do the large settlements regularly include the auxiliary settlement amounts? Is the instance of large settlements with auxiliary amount most frequently in the big law firms, small law firms, or in the firms with large conglomerated settlement amounts in general? Will the firm be more successful with the inclusion of these in as many cases as possible, or more successful with a strategy to stick with the insurance company settlements unless the client presses for more?
Evolution of the Automobile
This study hopes to find exactly when, why and how the automobile evolved into today's current versions. It looks at the different components, when they were introduced, and cross references the different manufacturers to find when elements were designed as original components or as competing components. It looks at the price efficiency, fuel economy, and environmental sustainability of each new design to gather a conception of the underlying reasons for the evolution. Was it consumer derived? Did it derive over price, convenience, health requirements, ease of use, performance or were there truly environmentally sustainable reasons for the evolution? The study will compile the different data sets to develop the true story of how the automobile because what it is today; including cross partnerships between manufacturers.
Municipal/Metropolitan Smart Cities
Studies the many different designs for smart cities and living city designs. Does an assessment of net zero outcomes, self feeding outcomes, sustainable transportation longevity and other sustainable measurements of a metropolitan zone. Actually suggests methods that would work best in one type of town over another, explaining different resource availability types and how they interact with these smart city concepts. Shows different plans and cost saving to develop super sustainable cities with probability statistics for each type. May suggest some specific cities. Designs also include certain building types, business clusters and housing clusters, and also housing and local service mix structures.
Collaborative Business
Ongoing study of different business synergies, styles of synergy, and what elements tend to favor synergy. A look at partnerships, networks, collaborations, economies, clusters, value chains and all of the many different forms of synergies to analyze patterns of similarity. Hopefully the outcome will suggest a true method of measuring the projected coherence and costs saving qualities of a synergy before it is administered. This research may also include facility design, unknown synergies between business, leadership styles, culture and technological considerations.
Natures Strings
Study of different scientific phenomenon as it occurs in nature. Study of the way the scientific phenomenon coincides of that with other forms in nature and the way that things can string together to create a process. Concept of how nature can communicate between each other and back and forth with humans, without using human language. This study will be the basis for a novel and possible an animated movie script that will study the outcomes of the findings. Some of the concepts include iridescence in nature, chemical monitoring, forest fires, natural earthquakes and storms, and many other concepts. Can an honest deep analysis of nature really predict a crisis before it occurs?
Marketing: How Much is Too Much
This study will research the different components of marketing related to consumer gifts and incentives. It will look at how different types of businesses run their marketing programs and the levels of incentives provided to consumers. It will then look to decipher when marketing ends of costing the company extra, or when the marketing generates a good feedback value. The study will look to see if there is a point where marketing can go too far in that it costs the company more than they are gaining back. When is marketing more a charity than a process solution? Should such marketing programs remain ongoing? What sort of rules should govern these types of marketing programs?
Collaborations in the Travel and Vacations Industry
Study of the various travel capabilities and how the industries are related. Find how travel programs offer rewards, ownership, and exchange opportunities. Study the value to travelers of the use of such programs. Which programs are most beneficial, which programs look more like advertisement? Are there certain themes? What generates a good exchange partnership? How can two prestigious brands join in partnership without harming each other's business? How can exchange programs combine services to create the most ideal vacation packages? What are consumers generally interested in? How does access to one area create benefits to one chain according to the exchange route over another area for another? What are the market conditions for vacation programs? What seems to generate greater profit over another? How can financial outcomes be used to measure consumer preferences? Are consumer preferences aligning greater with a slower revenue or more so with quick exchange growth? How can operations combine partnerships in a way to optimize consumer preference while optimizing exchange rate growth? What perks are most prevalent among consumers: ie airplanes benefits, goods and services, amenities, size, travel options, resort options, etc.
